The popular CNC Wire & Tube Bender employs a unique but well proven method of 3D bending that yields high levels of accuracy, efficiency and versatility, with simple low-cost tooling.
Both simple and complex wire & tube forms are produced economically and can be quickly and easily set-up and made complete, in one operation. Standard Anber design features make it possible to accurately form a very wide range of wire & tube forms, with standard tooling and only standard equipment.
Touch screen operator interface is extremely powerful yet easy to master, for fast setting of a wide variety of wire & tube forms with high efficiency. This system eliminates the need for time consuming manual tool position adjustment, not only for standard tools but also those occasions when custom tools are necessary. The robust, highly engineered, mechanical base provides a firm foundation for accurate, long term reliable performance of the shaping axes.
All bending and cutting elements are floor-mounted and therefore amply sized, firmly fixed and highly accessible for tool change or maintenance.φ
