Wire Fabrication

Anber is an expert in CNC computerised wire forming for our more complex wire shapes and assemblies. CNC forming is a way for us to give you the optimal wire shape and durability that match your needs exactly. Wire dimensions of up to 10mm can be formed using our machinery.

Our CNC Wire forming Machinery enables us to custom shape in wire and stainless steel. Whether it is a circle, rectangular, square, a single bend or multiple bends. We can form it to make rings, brackets, hangers, frames and grills. Precision parts, multiple tasks are efficiently performed.

CNC forming means that virtually any shape can be produced, is ideal for prototyping ready for production runs, gives a consistency and accuracy is size and appearance, providing time and labour savings. Anber supplying high quality parts to many markets across the world.

Tubular

Anber being established manufacturers of solutions utilising all forms of wire and metal, Tubing plays a significant role in the provision of our standard and bespoke designs for Retail displays, Furniture, Brochure and Card Holders.

With the combination of Tubing allied with our wire and sheet metal manufacturing capabilities, we are in a position to offer a wide range of products encompassing all aspects, Allowing for innovative ideas from our designers.

Our tubular steel products are found in a wide range of markets, including Furniture, Healthcare, Shop Fittings and Display, Food Service as well as many other areas. From a basic idea we can develop and provide for you an item suitable for your needs.

Welding

Anber combining any formed and bent wire shape, sheet metal fabrication can employ the versatility of our Robotic welders, Spot welders, Multi head welders or the use of our Mig and Tig welders to create your design with as much flexibility as you require.

Our systems and techniques are constantly under review, we operate a constant programme of investment in machinery, with regular upgrades to take advantage of technological advances. We strive to give value and ensure that quality and service is maintained.

Through close liaison with our clients at both project and contract stage, as to the right processes to be adopting, and by understanding their particular needs we can provide invaluable assistance by providing and trialling varying methods to ensure the correct manufacturing process.

Assembly

Here at Anber we are committed to the continual training and development of our team, we adopt single piece flow manufacturing methods maximising our assembly output. Lean manufacturing principles are prevalent throughout the company.

Anber's quality controls ensures that we strive to exceed our customer specifications and expectations, To ensure this our quality engineers constantly check all aspects of individual assembly projects from the design concept through to manufacture and packaging and despatch.

Our highly skilled team utilising the varied manufacturing machinery available assemble high quality items of varying designs, sizes and colour options for all our varied markets. The combination of wire, sheet metal and tubing allowing assembly of intricately designed retail stands.

Paint Finishes & Coating

Anber's facilities in house include both Powder and Plastic Coating, we also offer from approved suppliers Nylon and Chrome Plating, Galvanising and Zinc Plating. All our systems ensure we have the capacity to process both large volume and the large selection of available colours.

Powder Coatings produce an attractive finish that offers high quality finishes with consistent application, this coupled with our flexible approach and range of in house facilities allows us to coat a variety of parts, from small components to large furniture.

Thermoplastic Coating provides a thicker finish, with long service life, smooth continuous coating and extreme corrosion resistance. Anber also has its in house ‘plastic' coating line which specialises in coating items made from wire.
